RHC encompasses nearly 300 historic homes in the downtown area, and reached thousands of local residents via RHC’s events – such as the Historic Home Tour and Colorful Lights Tour, community garage sales, and porch parties. RHC uses the proceeds from events and membership to support initiatives aligned with RHC goals, including local grants for beautification or educational programs.

Historic Holiday Tour RETURNS December 13- 14th, 2025!
The Residents of Historic Concord are pleased to announce the return of "Tidings of Comfort & Joy Holiday Home Tour", featuring 11 homes, 2 churches and 1 business for 2025. The Tour will be open to the ticket holding public on Saturday, December 13th from 4-8 pm and Sunday, December 14th from 1-7:00 pm. Complimentary trolleys will be available to take guests to each stop on the tour.
Ticket sales go LIVE on Saturday, November 1st, and can be purchased on our website or in person at the 28th Annual Downtown Concord Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, November 21st. Our booth will be located at the Flywheel Co-working Space, 57 Union Street South.
Tickets are $30 each through December 12th, and then will be $35 each if purchased on December 13-14th, so buy yours early! All tickets will be picked up at Will Call, which will be at Flywheel Co-working Space in Downtown Concord.
